The Service provides market information, educational content, and a Q&A platform focused on the Japanese stock market. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any securities.
3. Accounts
When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Please contact us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & Payments
SHOGUN memberships are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period begins. Refunds are generally not provided, but please contact us for individual cases.
6. Intellectual Property
Original content on the Service (articles, analysis, designs, logos, etc.) belongs to theKABU and NEW JAPAN CO-CREATION PARTNERS, INC. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." theKABU makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Investment decisions are made at your own risk. Contributors may hold positions in securities discussed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, theKABU and NEW JAPAN CO-CREATION PARTNERS, INC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
theKABU reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these terms or for any other reasonable cause.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.

theKABU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
